Return Policy

UPDATE: Due to COVID-19 we are not processing any returns whatsoever.  The original Return Policy will resume once the threat from the virus is under control.  The original policy is shown below.  Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for purchasing our products at Southernly Obsessed Boutique. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with one our products, you may return the product to us for a full account credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 15 calendar days of your purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please note that Southernly does not do returns on shoes or clothing.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at randr@southernlyobsessedboutique.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condistion of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us as the customer service email to arrange a refund.
